Little Tigers
Hands-On Learning
This class is for our very youngest of students starting at age 4. Little Tigers provides students with the chance to begin their taekwondo journey at a very young age. This class teaches coordination, people skills, self-defense, how to handle bullies, and more.

Get Fit
This is a fun class where women get to get together with other women and learn self defense and get fit through the ancient martial art of Taekwondo.
